Holiday Bucks for St. Ben's Teachers & Staff

Happy Holidays! Each year, St. Ben's families come together to show our gratitude to the amazing teachers and staff who make our school so special. This season, we’re making it even easier to spread Christmas cheer through GiftCrowd, a simple and convenient online giving platform: Join the GiftCrowd Event.

How It Works:

• Choose Your Gift: Give any amount to one or multiple teachers and staff members.
• One Group Gift: All contributions are pooled to create a collective gift for each recipient.
• Privacy First: Individual gift amounts remain anonymous.

No amount is too small—when our whole community participates, even small gifts add up to make a big impact!

Quick and Easy Steps:

1. Visit the GiftCrowd event page.
2. Select the teachers and staff members you’d like to gift to.
3. (Optional) Add a personal note if you wish. Want to keep it simple? Just uncheck the "Send notifications" box to avoid email notes when the gift cards are opened.
4. Complete checkout in one easy transaction for all your contributions.

Afterschool Enrichment: WINTER 2025 SCHEDULE

Registration is now open for Winter Afterschool Enrichment! Classes kick off the week of January 6th. Specific dates and information included below in enrollment links.

ST. BEN'S CHRISTMAS PROGRAM & COOKIE RECEPTION

Celebrate the season with our school Christmas Program on Friday, December 13th from 6:30 - 7:30 pm in the St. Benedict Church. Doors open at 6:00 pm for seating. Family and friends are welcome to attend this festive concert.  

Following the program, please join for a Cookies & Hot Cocoa Reception in the school cafeteria from 7:30 - 8:30 pm. Volunteers needed to help make this reception a success! Please sign up to contribute here.

CYO Sports

St. Ben's participates in Archdiocese of Seattle CYO Athletics throughout the school year. These programs are intended to build confidence and skills in our youth while fostering community and care for others. Learn more about CYO sports at St. Ben's here. 

Winter Sports

Volleyball registration is now open for Winter 2025. Available for grades 4th - 8th grade. Practice times will vary by team. Games begin in February and run through March 2025. Middle School playoffs held in early April. Note: 4th grade volleyball is co-ed!

Have you completed the family training? CYO requires one parent/guardian to register and complete the 1-hour online Parent Like a Champion Workshop. This is a one-time requirement. Register for the online workshop here!

Previously coached and took the PLACT training? You're set! Took the course previously? You don't need to repeat it.
