HOLIDAY BUCKS FOR TEACHERS & STAFF
Each year, St. Ben's families come together to show our gratitude to the amazing teachers and staff who make our school so special. This season, we’re making it even easier to spread Christmas cheer through GiftCrowd, a simple and convenient online giving platform: Join the GiftCrowd Event.
How It Works:
- Choose Your Gift: Give any amount to one or multiple teachers and staff members.
- One Group Gift: All contributions are pooled to create a collective gift for each recipient.
- Privacy First: Individual gift amounts remain anonymous.
No amount is too small—when our whole community participates, even small gifts add up to make a big impact!
Quick and Easy Steps:

- Select the teachers and staff members you’d like to gift to.
- (Optional) Add a personal note if you wish. Want to keep it simple? Just uncheck the "Send notifications" box to avoid email notes when the gift cards are opened.
- Complete checkout in one easy transaction for all your contributions.

After school enrichment
Our dynamic classes are designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and fun in every student. And all classes are held at school, making pick up a breeze! If enrolled in Extended Day, students can attend after their enrichment class.
Winter registration is now open! Classes will begin the week of January 5th.

CYO Sports
St. Ben's participates in Archdiocese of Seattle CYO Athletics throughout the school year. These programs are intended to build confidence and skills in our youth while fostering community and care for others. Learn more about CYO sports at St. Ben's here.
Fall 2025 Sports
Basketball registration is closed. Available for 4th - 8th grades. Practices begin in October and games run November through January. St. Ben's will host teams if there are enough players and coaches. Available to coach? Contact athleticdirector@stbens.net.
Fall Soccer registration is closed, however new school families can reach out to Jaime (athleticdirector@stbens.net) for more info. Available for K - 8th grades. Season runs September through October. Practice and game schedules will vary by team.
Have you completed the family training? CYO requires one parent/guardian to register and complete the 1-hour online Parent Like a Champion Workshop. This is a one-time requirement and training is FREE (use coupon code Parent2025). Learn more and register for the online workshop here!
Previously coached and took the PLACT training? You're set! Took the course previously? You don't need to repeat it.
