After School Care
The Extended Day Program is available for students in Kindergarten - 5th Grade. Each day, students enjoy a variety of activities including homework help, creative arts, and outdoor games with our dedicated staff.
Winter '25 Extended Day Registration Form
Extended Day hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday from 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Extended Day is also available for some noon dismissal days and school closure days, subject to availability.
Extended Day cost per student:
$35 on normal days (MTThF 3:00pm-6:00pm and W 2:00pm-6:00pm)
$50 on noon dismissal days (12:00pm - 6:00pm)
If you enroll more than one child in the program, it costs $25 per additional student.
Late fee is $5/minute after 6:00pm.
The Kids' Club Program is available for students in Preschool and PreK. Kids' Club afternoons include lunch time, rest time, outdoor and indoor play, and snack time. Families can pack a lunch from home or order from the school lunch provider.

Kids' Club cost per student: $50 with a late pick up fee of $5/minute
St. Ben's 2025 Summer Camp registration is now open! Summer camp is available for rising Kindergarten - 5th Grade students and runs from June 23rd - August 8th. Check out the Summer Camp Information packet here and register below. Questions? Email Erika at e.mariano@stbens.net.

School Lunch Provider
Our School Lunch Provider for the 2024 – 2025 school year will be Old Ballard Catering. For more information about how to order and pay please check out their flyers for ordering, setting up an account, and FAQs.
Menus are posted and available for ordering at www.ezschoolapps.com/login/parent.
Orders must be placed by noon, 2 days in advance. If you need to cancel, email lunch@oldballardcc.com by 8am that day - include student's name and grade in the email.
Uniforms
The school guidelines can be found in the link below. Please reach out to your room parent or the school office with any specific questions.
Uniform Exchange – If you have uniform items that are in good condition that your student has outgrown, you are welcome to donate to our school uniform exchange. Looking for larger sizes? Check out our exchange closet at school! This is a great way to find plaid and other uniform items.
Dennis Uniform Company (the only company that sold our Woodland Plaid) is out of business and we'll share updates soon for plaid item purchases. In the meantime, navy and khaki skirts, skorts, and slacks can be worn.
Spirit Wear - Every Friday is a Spirit Wear day! Students can wear St. Benedict gear sold by the Parents Club, school, or Bratwurst Fest Committee. Spirit Wear tops can be worn with uniform bottoms or School merchandise shorts or sweats (with Bear or St Ben's logo) every Friday, all year long.
