To new families, you will be given access by St.Ben's office staff shortly after you are added to our school. A link will come to the email given at the time of your registration to one of the parents/guardians listed since the Toolkit uses a shared family account. If you have not seen an email, and you have confirmed with the office that you have been added to Toolkit, check with the other parent/guardian listed to see if the link was sent there or tell the office to have sent to you if missing.
By design, Toolkit has up to 2 parent/guardians/emails per child/children who "share" the child's account. If your child has more than 2 parents/co-parents/caregivers/guardians/step parents where having more than 2 people/addresses/emails is required, then please alert the office to have it set up as more than one child account that are linked in the background.
All new membership requests are subject to admin approval as you must be affiliated to gain access. For the new school year, the months of July and August are busy loading new families, so additions will be made as soon as possible before the school year starts.
If you already have a Membership Toolkit account with another organization, you can use the same log-in and password here, but you will still need access to St Ben's through the school office.
