Welcome to Winter and Spring Fundraising at St. Benedict School

The months ahead are full of fun, community building, and important fundraising that directly supports our students and school. Over the coming months, our community will come together around three fundraising events: the Italian Dinner, Jog a Thon, and our biggest community celebration and largest fundraiser of the year, the annual School Auction. Each event plays a unique role, and together they help make St. Benedict a special place.

All fundraising directly supports our students, teachers, and school programs. Whether you are new to St. Benedict or a longtime St. Ben’s parent, start here to see what’s coming and how your family can participate.

A Quick Look at Our Three Fundraising Events

Italian Dinner
A community dinner hosted by 6^th grade school families that raises funds for environmental camp for middle grade students.

School Auction
Our largest fundraiser of the year and a community celebration that supports the school’s operating budget and more. All families are required to participate through procurement.

A fun, school day fundraiser focused on fitness and school spirit, where students raise money through donations and participate during the school day.

What Families Need to Do and When

Start here

To help you plan, here is a clear overview of what is coming and what action is needed from families over the next few months.

January

• Purchase Italian Dinner tickets. The event takes place on Sunday, February 1^st.
• Purchase School Auction tickets. The event takes place on Friday, April 17^th
• Begin auction procurement. All families are required to participate. Start here to learn more

February

• Support Jump a Thon fundraising. Instructions will be provided for student donations
• Explore auction sponsorship opportunities. Learn how to become an auction sponsor.
• Donate a Dessert for Auction Dessert Dash. Click here to donate.

March

• Complete auction procurement by March 13. Submit your procurement form here.

April

• Attend the Annual Auction! Purchase School Auction tickets and recruit fellow families.

May - June

• Support Jog a Thon fundraising. Instructions will be provided for student donation collections.

June

• Support student participation in Jog a Thon during the school day
• Preschool and Pre K: Wednesday, June 10
• Kindergarten through 8th grade: Thursday, June 11
