Welcome to Winter and Spring Fundraising at St. Benedict School

The months ahead are full of fun, community building, and important fundraising that directly supports our students and school. Over the coming months, our community will come together around three fundraising events: the Italian Dinner, Jump a Thon (new this year and replacing Jog a Thon), and our biggest community celebration and largest fundraiser of the year, the annual School Auction. Each event plays a unique role, and together they help make St. Benedict a special place.

All fundraising directly supports our students, teachers, and school programs. A Quick Look at Our Three Fundraising Events

Italian Dinner
A community dinner hosted by 6th grade school families that raises funds for environmental camp for middle grade students.

Jump a Thon
A fun, school day fundraiser focused on fitness and school spirit, where students raise money through donations and participate during the school day. This event replaces the former Jog a Thon.

School Auction
Our largest fundraiser of the year and a community celebration that supports the school’s operating budget and more. All families are required to participate through procurement.

What Families Need to Do and When

To help you plan, here is a clear overview of what is coming and what action is needed from families over the next few months.

  • Support student participation in Jump a Thon during the school day
    • Preschool and Pre K: Wednesday, March 11
    • Kindergarten through 8th grade: Friday, March 13
  • Complete auction procurement by March 13. Submit your procurement form here.
